Aeroflot opened the new international air route FREETOWN - MOSCOW

Airplanes make a connection beween the Soviet Union and the Republic of Sierra Leone on the first Monday of every month. On this long distance route of 5,570 km flies the modern and comfortable Il-62. It takes on 10 hours and 25 minutes to arrive in the Soviet metropole. Detailed information can be obtained at every Aeroflot representative office.

New International Air Route:
Moscow - Vienna - Tripoli - Lagos - Lome

Palmtrees on this advert for the new flight SU421/422 operated by Tu-154 completing the 7500 km from Moscow, via Vienna, Tripoli and Lagos to the capital of Togo in 9 hours 30 min (flight time, without stopovers). The flight is scheduled every first Friday of the month, leaving Moscow at 12:30 reaching Lome just after midnight local time. The return flight to Moscow departs 1 hour after arrival and makes no stop-over in Lagos.
